How this website handles enquiries and third-party services.
Who handles your information
This notice covers the ICON Beauty Space website and salon enquiries. Contact ICON at 36 Hellados Avenue, 8020 Paphos, Cyprus, telephone +357 96 644496. Updated 30 September 2026.
Purposes and legal grounds
Appointment requests use the information needed to take steps at your request before a contract or to provide your booked service. General enquiries and essential website security rely on legitimate interests in responding to customers and protecting the service. Applicable record-keeping obligations may require some information to be retained. Any optional consent-based processing requires a separate choice and can be withdrawn.
Retention and service providers
Retention depends on the purpose: handling an enquiry, delivering an appointment, applicable legal record-keeping and resolving disputes. Ask ICON for the retention period applying to your record. Hosting providers process technical requests; Altegio handles booking data; Resend delivers website enquiries to ICON and a blind copy to its authorised website support provider when the form is enabled. Some providers may process information outside the EEA. Contact ICON for details of the providers and any applicable transfer safeguards before submitting sensitive information.
Images and your rights
Some brand logos load from external image providers, which may receive your IP address and browser information. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. See the GDPR page for request instructions and your right to complain.
Enquiries
If you use the contact form, ICON receives your name, email, optional phone number and message to respond to your enquiry. Resend delivers the enquiry to ICON and a blind copy to its authorised website support provider when the form is enabled. Please avoid including medical or sensitive information.
Online appointments
Appointments are handled by Altegio. The booking button opens Altegio’s website. Information entered there is handled under Altegio’s privacy policy and the salon’s booking arrangements.
Homepage video
The homepage uses a locally hosted background video. It attempts muted inline autoplay and provides a pause control. Visitors who prefer reduced motion can choose to play it. The optional “Watch film” link opens YouTube only when selected.
External services
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps links take you to those services. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply. ICON does not add separate advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting may process technical information needed to serve and protect the website.
Privacy questions
